Clearinghouse on Educational Policy and Management The Clearinghouse on Educational Policy and Management (CEPM) is a unit of the College of Education, University of Oregon. Mission and Scope The Clearinghouse produces and disseminates books, monographs, and synthesis papers on topics of interest to our national clientele of educational policymakers, school administrators, researchers, and other personnel. The Clearinghouse's scope includes all aspects of the governance, leadership, administration, and structure of public and private educational organizations at the elementary and secondary levels. Accomplishments Formerly a component of the ERIC system (the ERIC Clearinghouse on Educational Management), CEPM continues to make available the resources that were produced during the ERIC contract.
