Our goal is to make ordering our publications as quick and simple as possible. We offer a number of
convenient ordering methods:

· Email: sales@eric.uoregon.edu Include purchase order number.
· Phone: (541) 346-5044. Please be prepared to give us your purchase order number.
· Mail: If you prefer to order by mail, you may use the order form in our printed publications catalog, or you can download an Adobe Acrobat version of the form. Enclose full payment or purchase order. Add 10% for
S&H, $4.00 minimum. Send to: ERIC Clearinghouse on Educational Management, 5214 University of Oregon,
Eugene, Oregon 97403-5214.
The ERIC/CEM unconditional guarantee: You must be completely satisfied with every
book you purchase or you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund or credit. See our Returns Policy page for details.
Payment Methods
Check or Money Order: Make checks payable to University of Oregon/CEPM-ERIC.
Purchase Order: We accept purchase orders from qualified institutions or bookstores. If you haven't
