Shipping Information for Web Orders
What is "standard shipping"?
When you select "Standard Shipping" as the shipping method for your order, we will ship using whatever method
we feel is best for the size and urgency of your order. For smaller packages, it's usually less expensive to ship Priority
Mail in a regular size envelope. For larger orders requiring a box, UPS Ground is usually the best option. For our
standard shipping option, we charge 10% of your order value with a $4.00 minimum. You can compare the different rates
for your order when you choose a shipping method.
Why are your UPS charges different than on the UPS website?
Our charges are based on actual UPS rates from our location to the zip code you enter on your order, but we add
a small amount to offset our packing and handling costs.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process international orders through our website at this time due to varying rates
for shipping to international destinations. If you do not reside in the United States and wish to order publications,
please call 541-346-5044 to place your order or email us at sales@eric.uoregon.edu.
What shipping vendors are available?
For orders placed on our website, we currently offer UPS, U.S. Postal Service, and Federal Express.
If you need us to ship your order using a particular method, please be sure to let us know in the "special
instructions" box on the billing information page.
